These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of fantasyintel.io and related services (the "Platform") provided by FantasyIntel ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
During the demo period the Platform is publicly accessible. Account creation is disabled. We may modify, restrict, or revoke access at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.

The Platform and its content—including FINTEL™ scores, Stream Command™, models, data selection/weighting, prompts, pipelines, UI/UX, software, designs, text, graphics, and logos—are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law.
The FINTEL™ scoring, Stream Command™, models, data selection/weighting, prompts, pipelines, and UI/UX are proprietary to FantasyIntel. No rights are granted other than the limited right to use the Platform as provided.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform.
Team logos, player names, and MLB trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification/analysis only; no affiliation is implied.
Features may rely on third-party services and public data sources (e.g., ESPN Fantasy API, MLB Stats API, public rankings/stat sites). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
FantasyIntel is not affiliated with or endorsed by MLB, ESPN, or any sports organization.
During the off-season or demo, certain pages may display sample or end-of-season datasets. In-season, data may update more frequently. Outputs are provided "AS IS," without guarantees of completeness, timeliness, or accuracy.
Any analysis or recommendations (including AI-generated content) are opinions for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not financial, gambling, or wagering advice and should not be used for betting decisions. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
IMPORTANT:
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

FantasyIntel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This includes (but is not limited to): lost fantasy games, bad lineup decisions, server downtime, data errors, or any indirect/consequential damages.
Our total liability to you cannot exceed $100.
Use the Platform at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FantasyIntel from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
To keep the Platform running smoothly, we enforce rate limits:
Excessive use may result in temporary or permanent restrictions.

Material changes will be posted on the Platform or indicated by the Effective date. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Virginia.
Any dispute must be brought in your individual capacity; class actions and class-wide proceedings are waived.
Survival: Sections concerning Intellectual Property, Acceptable Use, Demo Content, AI/Accuracy & No Gambling Advice, No Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law & Venue, and this clause survive termination.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FantasyIntel regarding the Platform.
